"I called as I wanted to use this cleaning service for my airbnb. There was a bit of a mix up which was fine. Then things got weird. They quoted me one price and then when I called back to setup the appointment, it was a different price and they wanted my card before services were done. I ended up speaking with the nice lady who had did my quote. She set me up and sent the cleaners. On day of cleaning, 4 people showed up to my home when I was told it would only be 2 people. They called saying they were having issues with the shower. The person watching my house assisted them and I thought everything was fine. When I came home to inspect what I had paid for, I noticed the cleaning was half done. And my shower door handle had been broken. I called them last Thursday to explain what happened, they explained they would have some one call me back. I waited all Friday with no call back. I feel lied to by Molly Maid as this is still Covid season and I like to monitor the amount of people let into my home, they sent 4 when there should have been 2. They didn’t clean as they advertised. They broke my shower door handle. They said they’d call me back and they didn’t."
