They even packed up all the items in the upper kitchen cabinets, even though they were not damaged to make it easier for me to replace. Since I was out of town when they did the flood restoration in my home, the team leader called me everyday to give me a progress report. Even though it was over 100 degrees in my home that week, they persevered without complaint.
