Reviews of Manchester Aquatic Center- Seasonal Memorial Day - Labor Day
"Been members for 6 years and absolutely love this aquatic center. It fits our family's needs as our children have grown from infants to 4th graders. The food options are amazing and the most affordable of any pool in the area. Lots of cool slides and plenty of chill spots for adults to just float and relax a bit. Excellent lifeguard staff to keep everyone safe!"
"My child loves this pool. They have 4 different slides, rock wall, diving board, lazy river, a little kid area, and 2 pools. The staff is very friendly and helpful, too."
"I love this pool. I live about 30 min away but it is well worth the drive. There is LOTS of stuff for kids and even very little kids (always have your kids in floaters, even in the kiddie area. It only takes a second for them to run off). There is a small slide for the littler ones (I would guess 2-3ish years old), a little bit bigger slide (for the kiddos aged about 3-6ish years). They have buckets that fill and dump on you, they have water shooters (which on my last visit, some kid stood there and blasted me in the back of the head with). For the bigger kids and adults they have a lazy river with 2 whirlpool areas. There are 2 slides. The blue one is open and you can easily see as you twist down, and the yellow one is a closed in tube slide and it's dark as you go down. Everything I've mentioned so far is in the kiddie area. There is a big pool that goes to 12 ft and there is a low diving board and a short but fast and gushing slide (probably better left to the good swimmers and the older kids. I went down it and it gave me (a very strong swimmer) drowning vibes. Maybe it was just me, but I wanted to mention it. In the big pool the also have a lane for lap swimmers, 2 narrow rock climbing walls that when you fall off you fall into the pool. The big pool also has an open area in the water that I *think* is 5ft. It's a great place to gather and chat with your friends. You're still completely in the water, but (I'm speaking about adults here ) you can stand, so it's just relaxing. I've been to Manchester Aquatic Center many times and it has always been a fun time. They do have a concession stand and they ask that no food or drink be brought in. The exception being a bottle for water. I have no idea about the cost for residents or summer passes, but when I go it's $9 to enter. 10/10 would recommend, will go again!"
"Our family swims here practically daily. The aquatic center is a source of nonstop fun! I love the family atmosphere and clean facilities. As our family has grown through the years, I’ve appreciated how the various pools have options for any age. Our summer retreat!"
"A really great location for just about anyone and any family of any size! There are several pools and one thing that makes this great for kids is that there are areas that keep kids of literally every age range having fun. Some public pools that charge admissions have either areas for really very small kids down to infants or lap pools. This one includes areas that are great for toddlers And kindergarteners and up as well. On top of that, I was pleasantly surprised that the concessions are so reasonably priced. Admission for two adults and a six-year-old was $20. All together I thought it was a very fair price for 4 hours of fun."
