"I have a student at Kaneland High School, and Bright Cleaners has a deal with the school that you can bring the Madrigal costumes and Bella Vice dresses into this cleaners and get them cleaned for $10 ea. So I have been doing this even though I live in another town. What I love MOST though are the owners, so polite, so personable, really fun to talk to. What a great family business! HIGHLY recommended! LOVE this place."
"So friendly, great customer service, and a great job. My grandfather has been going to them for the past few years. He can be very gruff and demanding at times, but their staff has always been so nice to him. My grandfather often has a hard time getting in and out of the car and the owner often runs out to help him unload his items. Whenever I pick up items they ask how my family is and they do a great job. We trust them with all of our dry cleaning, including handmade blankets and other important items. I highly recommend!"
"Let me start off by saying that I used to love coming to this cleaners. I loved supporting a small local business. That all changed today, when I went to pick up my rug today. My quoted charge more than doubled! I was told it would be $20-25 to have my rug cleaned. I had another rug cleaned just before this and sure enough it was $25. Not today though! $60.00!!!! I told him that's not what I was quoted and I would have used another cleaner or thrown the rug away before paying $60 to have this rug cleaned. he proceeded to then run my credit card for $50. (Giving me a $10 discount for the misunderstanding) He continued to tell me over and over that the company he uses charged more so he had to charge $60. Ridiculous I literally dropped this rug off while I paid $25 for the same size rug to be cleaned. It not the customers fault that the company he chooses to use decided to charge more. He should have told me that before telling me $20-25. I was quoted that price and expected to pay that. I will NEVER use this company again! I recommended for you to take your items elsewhere as well. Purely not good business practices.!"
