"Brought my bridesmaid dress in for alterations, hem and shorten straps. When I went to pick it up on the specified date, she told me it wasn't done and to come back the next day. Next day, went there and tried it on. The bra cups were sewn into the BACK of the dress and 1 strap wasn't shortened!! She kept it another day to fix it and only took $2 off the total for all those issues! Will never take anything there again!"
