"This is the absolute best place to have your septic issues resolved. After having issues with a toilet that wouldn’t flush and kept gurgling on Saturday night, I was busy looking online for what was going on. Suggestions came up and realized it has been a while since the tank has been pumped out. Decided I could wait until Monday morning to call, which I did. The phone was immediately answered and my problem was going to be taken care of the same morning. Dennis called to let me know he was on the way (which I definitely appreciated) and was here when he said he would be. He went to work and took care of draining the septic tank, but there was still an issue with the pipe being plugged elsewhere. He did everything he could to get it to open up, then even helped me call plumbers and explained what they needed to do and if they had the right equipment. I was so very grateful for his help and ended up getting a plumber to come out this same day to see if the issue could be fixed. Dennis did a very professional job and can not say enough with how helpful he was to me. Your business is top notch and you will always have my business. Hopefully others will know the value of a business doing an excellent job over a mediocre one as Zeiters is at the top of the pinnacle. "I would never recommend this company to anyone. We purchased our house and had the septic inspected and drained before closing. They charged us over 700 dollars for all the work they did. 8 months later (now) our septic tank is full and we have asked them to come out and drain it again and they stated they would give us a "discount of $325" when we already paid them $700 dollars to do the exact same thing 8 months ago. We live in a small house with two people, there is no reason as to why the septic would need to be cleaned out 8 months later unless they did not properly clean it out the first time. They tore up the yard and left it a mess as well. The two women who I spoke to on phone were so unpleasant and rude, not a way to treat customers if you want business. I tried to be reasonable and understanding, but this company is taking advantage of people and their money. Own up to your mistakes of not doing it right the first time and make it right. These people are a joke!"
