"Personally I would never use them again. $300 for a “deep” clean on a 1150 sg ft house and 400 square foot basement sounded steep but I figured well they are highly rated so they must be worth it. I was wrong. First time through yes they did a “surface” wipe down of mostly counters, door trim, and floor trim. However floors were still dirty in corners. Carpet was only vacuumed in the center with no furniture moved (couch is a small lightweight sectional). Top of windows weren’t wiped down. Bathroom walls weren’t wiped down at all including around the toilet. They completely forgot to clean the basement at all. Tracks of sliding glass door weren’t cleaned. Vents were wiped down on the surface but the grates weren’t cleaned. Fridge door was only halfway cleaned. Overall just felt like they had my money so they just ran through the house in an hour and hoped I wouldn’t notice. However I was quoted for 2 people for about 3 hours. I could have done better in an hour by myself. Round two after calling to complain. They apologized profusely and had the cleaners come back out two days later. The day before my house sale open house. Well the vent grates were cleaned, fridge door wiped down properly, and they redid everything else that they did before from what I can tell. Nothing else. So I spent my Friday night wiping down bathroom walls, door tracks, window ledges, the entire basement, and everything else they missed. I called to complain again but it was after hours so I left a voice message stating everything above. I was thoroughly disappointed and didn’t feel it was fair to complain enough to get their “double back” guarantee which would be a complete refund of my money. They did a decent job on what they did. But 2 people for 3 hours I at least expected not to have to finish the cleaning myself. Oh the kicker is that if I would have paid $100 less for the basic cleaning they would have cleaned the same stuff but only dusted instead of wiping down surfaces. So that would have been even more disappointing. My suggestion is either write up a complete cleaning checklist for them in advance so they know what should be cleaned accurately or just go with someone else."
