"We had a very rough start at the beginning of installation in 2022. It had to be redone 2 times from start to finish. Once we got it fixed, we could absolutely not get the water nice and clear. This is no fault of Aloha it is our well water. Last year we got in it twice before we had to close it. This year we had a rough start getting the leaks fixed & the chemicals right and a one month delay opening it up……BUT …..I have to say, Aloha has been so helpful getting things right. Service, maintenance, communication & all the other things that needed done were handled quickly and efficiently. I now have all the correct phone numbers (SUPER IMPORTANT) to speak to the right people. Communication is key for me and because there are so many working parts from installation all the way through to getting the pool cleared up and closed. I appreciate everything and expect to maintain a good working relationship for many years to come!"

"Update. Aloha contacted me and sent someone out the same day and fixed everything. They went out of their way to make it right. So I am changing to a five star review They didn’t fix the problem but told me it was fixed. The light in the shallow end was shining partially green and not as bright instead of white. At first I thought I had algae in the pool. I told them they would need to see it at night before they could tell it was fixed. They assured me they had a method to check it and it was fixed. That night when the lights came on exactly the same. Very frustrating."

"Not happy with the service this time. $424.82 for 15 minutes and then they left all the leaf debris from the pool cover in the pool for us to skim out and for our electric pool cleaner to run. Still running on its 6th time after 4 hours. I realize that it is quite a drive to our place but since we are one of 3-4 in the area that they serviced today and we have been loyal customers for 7 years we could get better service. We purchased in ground pool and the expensive pool cover from them."
