"The bouquet overall was beautiful but when I received it the flowers were already dying it’s barley the third day of having them and they are mostly all dead"

"This place promised a large bouquet at the Entrance to the Harlingen Convention Center for my wedding for my guests to admire and enjoy and charged me a large sum of money and when I saw the bouquet it was small and insignificant and totally NOT WORTH all the money I paid for it. I would NEVER use this service ever again. Its sad because I visit this owner several times to make sure she understood my requests and she even showed me a picture of how the entrance bouquet was going to look like and it was nothing like it. It was way smaller. Disappointed."

"Im disappointed with my arrangement. Most of the flowers were already dieing when it was delivered to me and some already dead. I called the # on the card to let them know and the lady who answered sent the delivery driver to pick up the arrangement. When I got it back they had taken out the dead flowers but kept some of the dieing ones. Altho they did replace some of those flowers,my arrangement just looked sad and most of the roses wilted the next day! I would also like to mention my arrangement was missing balloons, which they later realized and added them when they brought it back."
