"Andrew was friendly and his quarterly price was good from what he quoted. However, I only used his business for the initial spray , and that cost me $120. I had rodent poison boxes that I had before, and Andrew said he was going to look for a key to open them. However, I never heard back from Andrew until I contacted him. Andrew then told me he couldn't find a key to the boxes , which is understandable, but Andrew did not offer to refund any of my initial cost of $120 which was supposed to include rodent poison. If Andrew couldn't find a key to the boxes, then Andrew should have offered to replace the boxes with the type of box he uses for rodents , or Andrew should have offered part of my initial cost of $120 back as a refund. I was disappointed in the lack of communication , and that he offered no accommodation to make up for not being able to open the rodent poison boxes from before."
