"I ordered flowers from Ava’s flower shop online and they assigned this vendor for my order. It is a complete disaster, what was meant to be a surprise delivery was not. They call my mom and she decided to pick them up but was still charged a delivery fee. As for the quality for $70 flowers, I could have found something better at H‑E‑B!!! 100 percent do not use them they are not good."

"My husband ordered flowers and somehow this company filled order. Let me tell you the flowers were old and nasty and the leaves were bug eaten...yes that is right bug eaten. When I called to complain they said they would replace but they did not. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY with this bug infested company.....They should be reported to ALL....NOT FRESH AT ALL..terrible customer service. And like the review before me shame on you for providing such terrible service...I wonder how you would like it if you got the same service that you paid for...SHAME ON YOU!!!"

"So, these people were supposed to deliver an arrangement to me from my husband on our anniversary and they brought it one whole week before!!!! Spoiling his surprise!! The instructions are completely clear that they were to be delivered on that date. Not only did they ruin his surprise but the person that delivered the flowers left them outside my screen door in the heat! so when I opened the door trying to grab them they tipped over messing up the whole arrangement. Definitely do not recommend this place, the flowers were droopy and the cologne of whomever brought them was way more potent than the flowers' smell. The teddy bear was clearly purchased on wholesale from a low quality supplier since the eyes don't even match each other nor the picture on the site, there was no box of chocolates and instead there was peppermint York chocolate for a person allergic to peppermint and again not what was on the site. Quality of card is just so low!! I can't even believe you would charge someone so much, just to do such a poor job! Price is never an issue as long as the quality is worth it and this is just horrible!! Shame on you and your company!!"

"My wife received flowers and a birthday card from our daughter in law that she bought on line from Austin and the arrangement she received looks nothing like the picture on line and worse is the birthday card that looks like a gag card. Don´t you read what the cards say on front before delivering them? Would NOT recommend this florist."
