"While the Palm itself is a middle of the road product, It's the installer we had problems with. First the owner came to "assist" in installation. They failed to bring a selection of bolts and items needed for a good install. It was lucky I had wrenches, sockets and bolts needed to complete the job. They had brought only lag bolts from the local Hardware store still in the named bag. I made 5 trips in and out of my garage getting parts, which should have been on their truck. The young man helping was great. I put this install right on the owner who by his own words, stated he stays in the office mostly. I'm almost 10 years his senior with health problems but still helped get this job done. After they left, I installed a steel plate with a friend under the deck, so I wouldn't worry in straight winds that come thru this area,. I would also make sure that the Bill for the work, is gone over before and all paperwork be completed before work begins. Lastly you have choices also on the net. I would take a look at them. Do your homework before deciding. I hope this review helps in some way."
