"One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I was signed up for tennis lessons and the instructors are just young teenage boys. The class was cancelled twice due to weather. The first time they emailed us a hour before the class to cancel, the second time they did not send out an email at all. We showed up and there was no one around and an employee said it was probably cancelled. After that, I decided to be done with the class and requested a refund. It took 3 months to receive the refund. My sister and I had to call and email more times than we can count to get a hold of someone and ask for the status of the refund. After a couple of months my sister finally received her refund and I did not so I had to email the parks and rec superintendent to ask about mine. After hearing no update for a week, I had to email her again and finally after her blaming other employees multiple times, she said the check was sent out a month after my sister’s. Not to mention both checks were short money."

"This has become our favorite spot in the neighborhood during the summer. So many activities for the kids and we could just sit at the pool all day. Great place for all the family."
