"DO NOT purchase a floor model from this company. They ABSOLUTELY do nothing to the spa before delivery. We were assured that the spa would be cleaned and in tip top shape, however, when we got the hot tub, there was still water in the bottom of the tub, as well as HAIR! In addition, the tub was FILTHY!!! There is no way that they even tried to clean the tub before taking it out of their showroom. When we contacted them about it, they LIED and said that everything was perfect when it left the building! Beware...do NOT trust these salesmen at this company. If it hadn't already been delivered, I would've cancelled the order. I can tell you that I will never do business with this company again. There are so many spa companies around the St. Louis area...please take your business elsewhere. It really makes me wonder what ELSE they have lied to us about. Ugh..."

"We went with Prestige because my parents had a pool completed by them 30 years ago. They did not disappoint! Every person I encountered, from construction, to maintenance, to even the owner once, has been a positive experience. The pool looks better than we could've even imagined and our kids want to spend every minute in the backyard. There are some reviews about them not starting on time. Once you see everything that goes into construction, you'll understand why it's difficult to give firm dates. If I needed an update on my status, they were quick to respond and gave their best estimate. If you want a company that can build your pool tomorrow, then you'll be dealing with the problems they created for the next 25 years. There's a reason why Prestige is sought after, and I couldn't be happier with the final product!"

"We bought our Artesian Elite spa here a few months ago. Paul was nothing but fantastic throughout the whole process. He gave us all the information we were looking for and answered all of our questions during the research process. He even encouraged us to look at other spas (of all price ranges and both at Prestige and not at Prestige) before we returned to buy the Artesian Elite from the showroom. No pressure whatsoever! He also offered for us to make an appointment to do a soak test if we wanted to. When we chose to buy our spa, he helped us with the best deals and handled all of the delivery for us. We were supposed to get a year’s worth of chemicals with our purchase, which didn’t arrive when the spa did. One email to Paul, and not only did I not need to go pick it up, he had someone bring them to our house 39 miles away (approximately 45 minutes). Amazing customer service. They also do free water sampling. Our spa is fantastic and we feel even better knowing we have Prestige Pools & Spas helping us ensure we can take the best care of it for its lifetime. Highly recommend purchasing from them (especially Paul!)."
