"Beware!! Read the contract carefully. We learned the hard way. If they may a mistake or cause a problem, they will not fix it at their expense. They inadvertently cut a wire of our sprinkler system. Even though they said it functioned appropriately, it did not and left our property stating all was working well. This led to a cascade of events including the cutting of our internet fiber and destruction of a sprinkler pipe. This ultimately cost us nearly $1500 to repair something that they acknowledged was their fault. They did fix it, but we had to pay for all of the repairs. This included huge fees for travel that could have been averted had they recognized their error when they caused it. So be very careful of using this service."
