"Traveled to TX from FL to bury my husband’s cremains. Variety was recommended for a flower arrangement for the services. I ordered and paid for a premium arrangement specifically asking that it be lush and full. Instead I got a minimum. The base was covered in greenery and a flower lined it here and there. Definitely not a premium arrangement. I called the shop to express my dissatisfaction and was told I would get a phone call back. Never got one. Think twice when using their services."
