"Bid "clay" downspouts and then installed a different color. Instead of replacing with the correct color they just spray painted the ones that were wrong. Paint has already come off of an area on one of the downspouts. They did not ask if it was ok to paint and did not tell me that was how they "fixed" the issue. Guess they thought I wouldn't notice."
