"The walkers share the road with traffic. A designated walking trail would be preferred. There is a lot to like, a nice playground, picnic shelters, and a fishing pond. Restrooms were available."

"Overall a good experience with the equipment and room to run for the children at a birthday party. The only complaint I had was the number and locations of grills."

"It is relatively quiet but there is quite a bit of traffic but I've never seen anybody going fast. Since there's nothing in town to do the few kids in town that are not breaking windows and stealing they do go out there to stay away from everybody else but they've never hurt anybody. And one of the best parts is it does have a 18 hole Golf Course, and you can do some fishing we never had much luck but I have seen people pull fish out there. Good place to just hang out for the evening and have a picnic or around the golf"

"Absolutely Beautiful. Lots of trees for shaded lounging. Large park with splash park and pool (though we did not use). Road drives completely around lake. Many shelters and screened in areas for parties or get togethers. Large new and beautiful Gazebo type shelter for weddings. Fishing areas. Playground and lots of run around area for those rambunctious kids to have fun. Tables and benches scattered around. Has toilet facilities near playground and drinking fountain. At back of park, there is a golf course."

"Well maintained lawn & grove 4 indoor facility. Clean & easily accessible restrooms. Most enjoyable to set up lawn chairs and visit with family & a nice playground for the youngsters. Very pleasant!!"
