"Paid $150 for nothing. Initial service was supposed to sweep and look for cobwebs and spiders, check inside and outside, spray, and do the drains. I had to tell the guy 3 times to spray the drains for gnats. He walked into the kitchen and said he wasn't going to spray around food bins, to which I replied, all of the previous pest control companies did with no problem. That was the point of pest control, to prevent pests. I had to move stuff around or he wouldn't spray where I wanted. He did not check for cobwebs, but he put a couple paper spider traps down. He sprayed outside and the initial consult was over in 20 minutes. I set aside 2 hours so that I could get a complete consultation. HUGE Waste of money. I guess we should have know because it was cheaper than the other company we used. You get what you pay for."
