"For anyone that does not know, this place is roach infested. If you leave your baskets inside like most do, check before you put your clothes in. I just happened to look down and found a cockroach in my basket. I started looking around at the floor and and noticed there were many more. The owner obviously doesn't keep up with spraying for pests or cleaning. I can't even imagine if I took one home with me I'd be even more furious than I am now. It's a health hazard and l will be notifying the health department this doesn't happen to anyone else."

"Absolutely filthy. The washers need cleaned from the outside to the inside. The floors are covered in filth, most of the washers and dryers in the place are out of order. The owners make enough money off the town constantly washing to put back into their establishment, but choose not to do so. They also constantly smoke indoors and it makes the dryers stink like cigarettes. To top it off there are cockroaches too. I'm not sure how this place is even open. It's sad not one place in Randolph County is adequate to wash at. I understand not everyone is kind enough to take care of things, but that's just one thing you have to take into consideration when owning a business."

"If a machine breaks and stops working in the middle of a cycle, and eats your money, they do not refund you your money back. Be careful going there."

"Love the big machine here but with that being said I noticed there are more and more machines with out of order signs this place was awesome to do laundry hate seeing it get so run down ☹️"

"Very clean and nice machines. Not usually busy during the day and Mary who works there is so helpful, sweet as can be, and works very hard. I prefer to just take it all up there at once if I'm behind on laundry and get it all caught up in a few hours. Never had any problems whatsoever with anyone or the machines here. I actually kind of enjoy going and having someone to hang out with when I am doing laundry and Mary is sweet enough to listen to my chatter and doesn't seem annoyed to have someone who's talkative in there and she's able to work while you talk."
