"IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD!!!! I will never again patronize this place thanks to the manager, Ken. So I took my daughter’s white 3D blanket in for cleaning in hopes that they would remove a couple of stains. The pricing for a full size thin blanket and sheets cost around $40. I went to pick up the items a couple of days ago and noticed a note that said “stains couldn’t be removed”. I was thinking well surely they’d discount it given that the stains couldn’t be removed. WRONG! I was asked to leave the items as I was told they’d make an attempt to clean or ask the manager for a discount. Fast forward, I went tonight, and was told that the manager Ken said “No discounts”. WOW!!! Like seriously. That was such a bad business move. I’ve patronized this place prior to the remodel and returned following the renovations. I WILL NEVER EVER PATRONIZE THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN. I’d rather drive to PREMIUM CLEANERS IN FAIRVIEW HEIGHTS WHERE CUSTOMERS ARE APPRECIATED! Like how money hungry can you really be to #1. Not clean the items and #2. Not offer a discount for such a poor job. Bad customer service is the absolute worse. The money is not the issue, it’s principle. I would’ve been okay with 5% discount to show good faith, but nothing, that’s just pushing it. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE FOR YOUR DRY CLEANING NEEDS, GO ELSEWHERE!!!! THANK ME LATER!"

"Uptown Laundromat is very nice! We are from out of town and need a laundry service. Their drop off service is excellent! Andrew gave me a time our clothes would be completed and we went back and they were washed, dried and folded as promised. Very reasonable price as well. Highly recommend"

"I just want to say that this was my first visit to this laundromat. I wasn't even out of my car, when the attendant was walking by, she asked if I needed a cart and when I said please, she promptly ran in to get one for me! Positive first impression!! When I entered the building, I noticed how clean it was. I also noticed & appreciated the number of working extra large washers on site. (They can hold an impressive amount). Then I noticed that they use an App called Dexter Pay. It was so nice not to have to feed a bunch of quarters into the machine. Everything went thru the App. The App can also notify you when your machine/cycle has finished. Another positive experience! Lastly, big shout out about the attendant Liz. She not only got me my cart, but she helped me with my couch cover that wasn't cooperating. While I was waiting on my machines, I watched as she would continually walk the building, picking up and even check/wipe out machines. She was great! Yet another positive! So, if you need a positive laundry experience, check them out."
