"Terrible. Hire sped drivers or something, the retards leave trash all the way down the road, fling trash everywhere when they go to dump trash cans. Come up and down our road at least ten times after already picking trash up to waste their time and I am guessing get more easy hours in. Didn’t know someone’s IQ could actually get so low until I seen dotys sanitation workers. It’s pitiful. Would be 0 stars if it was an option"

"We hired Doty for once-a-week service during a construction project. They forgot us three times in four weeks. Each time, when I called, their customer service representative was rude and unapologetic, though I tried being courteous and though the mistake was completely their fault. When they didn't apologize or offer to make up for their mistake, I asked and they refused to make an extra trip to correct the problem or to credit us for the missed service. They claim that the reason for this is because, if they miss a week, they have to pick up twice as much construction debris the next week, but we had nowhere to keep extra construction debris, and we couldn't stop the project and wait a week for the dumpster to be emptied, so we had to haul trash to the dump ourselves. It's a first-world problem, but the point is, we paid for a service and we had to provide the service anyway. Perhaps Doty has enough large contracts to be able to afford to treat customers with gross inconsideration, but regardless, I highly recommend avoiding this business."
