"I guess we will never know how things went. Because we have had multiple companies come out to give us estimates, Patty refused to come out to our house to give us her company's estimate. As a customer, thats what you do, you get multiple estimates to judge prices and their work quality. But if $5,000-$10,000 isn't worth your effort, then someone else can get it. Seems pretty lazy to me."

"First time using Designer Landscapes and want everyone to know how great they were. We asked for help designing our backyard area and they came through with a wonderful design that didn't break our budget. Then they came to work when they said they would and had enough staff to work on several areas at once. Actually, the entire project was started a couple weeks before they originally estimated! They were professional, asked questions to be sure they did everything that we wanted, and made sure we knew how to maintain our beautiful backyard! "I set up to have a crew come and trim 5 bushes and take pictures to have my landscaping renovated. They had three trucks and five crew members. The "head" guy acted like everything was impossible or too much work and refused to even take the pictures for the landscaper from their office. He said it was pointless. I ended up taking the pictures myself and sent them into the designers email two weeks ago and have not heard one word back from them. I wanted to be a customer but they were not interested. I've included pictures of the five ushes to be trimmed. I did not think it was a ig deal for a crew of five people. Edit: After I made the review I got a call almost right away. No hello. No apology. The first words I heard was "That was unfair." I hung up immediately. Why would you call a potential customer to tell at them for not being satisfied with poor service? What I find unfair is how much time and energy I wasted trying to be a customer."
