"Very slow. BEWARE: If you don't look like them they will not like to clean your trailer. I was there at 11:49am and left 6:30pm with uncleaned trailer. They even lied that my trailer had some heels. BECAREFUL."

"Best Quala in St. Louis area!! Very friendly staff and employees! Do not go to Quala at Chain of Rocks Rd, had bad attitude problems. Didn't care if they washed trailer or not."

"Very slow while I realize you have to wash drop trailers also and some need to be washed asap why would you pull in most of the drop trailers and make the trucks waiting to get washed out wait so long? You lose alot of business doing this if people have any other place they can go they will even if it is farther away I avoid going to any Quala tank wash because it is like this at most of them. The first thing they say is go out back and wait we are busy we don't know how long it will be usually 3 to a 5 hour wait or longer"

"When I first went to Quala Wash Granite City, I didn't read the safety rules that were clearly in n the entrance door. The supervisor quickly intercepted me and explained the hazard of me walking through the wash bay. He was not too happy but he was nice and straight to the point. THEY ARE STRICT ON SAFETY AND DO NOT CUT CORNERS. THEY DEAL WITH ALOT OF TANKS CARRING HAZARDOUS MATERIAL. The staff that works there are true professionals and make you feel like they appreciate what drivers do. THEY CLEAN MAKE TANKS LOOK NEW INSIDE. GOOD CLEAN WASH.BI GACE NEVER HAD TO LEAVE A CUSTOMER FOR A RE -WASHOUT. IF YOU. DRIVE A RANKER AND NEED A WASHOUT GO TO QUALA. THEY ARE FAST AND PROFESSIONAL."

"First I just wash my tank did not dry it. Then then a gentleman had a guilty conscience come around the corner and told me oh we forgot to dry it let me have it back so I can dry it. I still would recommend this place because there is a couple of good guys here that try hard but all I'm saying is check out your tank before you leave."
