"I am beyond grateful for this place! I took my wedding dress in to get cleaned a week before, I was supposed to do a photo shoot. They told me it usually takes at least 3wks. My heart sank but she said she could get it done in my time frame no problem. Not only did she get it done in 3 day, only 3 DAYS, but it looks stunning! It looks just like it did on my wedding day! "Great small town and family owned dry cleaners. I am such a regular, the staff knows me by name when I walk in. That is good customer service. I love a well pressed and starched shirt, so I bring all my shirts here. The only shirts I do at home are polo and t-shirts. So, if you're like me and can hold off until you have 15 items before you go to the dry cleaners, you can save 15%. Wait until you have 20, you'll save 20%. Being a clothes horse, I can easily do this and save. In addition to having my shirts done, I've had them do dress slacks and suits, too. I've been pleased with all their work and customer service. They definitely are a 5 Star dry cleaners."

"They removed every wrinkle in my special occasion dress which was layered in a very delicate fabric. I also brought in my winter coat. Not only did they clean & freshen it up, I believe they sewed to tighten the loose buttons too."

"I have taken my business shirts for cleaning at this location six times. Twice, the collar on my white shirt was not cleaned and had to be redone. The last and final time I took my shirts there, I went to pick them up after the time they said they'd be ready. The employee could not find them. She then went on to say that the people in the back said they didn't finish one order before they left for the weekend. I was disappointed but asked when I could pick them up the next day. She said that I can't (it was a Friday) and I would have to wait until Monday. I was leaving for a week trip on Sunday and needed my shirts for interviews. I was very disappointed and asked for my shirts back. The employee said she didn't know where they were and I said I can wait. She went to the back and found them. Two of the shirts were balled up and the other was "complete" on the hanger. The one that was "complete" had a stain on the front that was not there when I dropped it off. The employee took no ownership of the issue and kept blaming it on the people in the back that do the cleaning. While she was not directly responsible, she was representing the cleaners. In summary, the shirts were not completed on time. They stained my shirt. They put me in a situation where I had to drive to a different shop 30 miles away that could clean my shirts in one day for my trip. To say the least, the quality of service is bad and I will be taking my business elsewhere."
