"Most importantly, cleaning was really good. A solid 4 star. However, they broke a ceiling fan blade that cost me $24 bucks and time to fix, and they mangled a valence rod and ripped screws out of the wall. A careful person with a step ladder would have prevented this. Still have to fix that. Plus, during cleaning, they left several windows unlocked, and we had a break in and some repair items and light globe stolen. Another $50 bucks lost. Was it a coincidence??"

"Honestly, the cleanings I had were never top notch. I complained one time & they wanted to increase my price by 200.00. But instead of calling me, they text me. Then, when I called to schedule a cleaning she just didnt return my call, I had to call again & apologize I complained the last time. Instead of making it right, she still wanted 400.00. I asked if we could work something out & she said my last cleaning was no exception. She also lied & said her girls worked on my house for 12.5 hours. I was gone 4 hours from my home. She is over priced & not professional. My home is small & not very "dirty", so over priced & unprofessional."

"One of the best investments to my mental health. I hired them to deep clean my apartment. I called, left a voicemail and clearly stated what I wanted. A lady returned my call and scheduled an appointment to view my apartment and do a free estimate. The estimate cost more than I expected, but it was worth every penny. I work from home, and I am generally terrible at keeping my apartment cleaned, they made my apartment look like I had just moved in, without all of the unpacking. I am so happy with the results. Possibly, my only criticism is I wish communication was improved. I had to check with the lady who did my estimate to find out if they were still coming on the scheduled day, and I wasn't exactly sure on the time. However, they are quite busy this time of year, and she is part of the cleaning crew, so it's understandable that communication would be challenging. I hope this can be improved in the future, though. Nonetheless, the results were well worth the wait."
