"I had a bad experience, at least not to my expectations based on my previous carpet cleaning experiences. I ran into 4 issues 1) They gave me a window of 2-5pm but showed up at 7pm. I was updated on this delay, so at least on that aspect I am OK. 2) I made reservation online and picked 4 rooms. It didn't give me any option for walk-in closets so assumed its part of the bedroom. After the tech came he reviewed the home and mentioned that walk-in closets are extra and told me it will be 27 dollar extra. Without any discussion I accepted it. When the cleaning is all completed, the tech again said due to some technical issues they gave me a wrong cost and it is actually 40 dollar more. I accepted it but I believe any respectable company will stick to what they have initially said. When I called the office about it, she didn't bother a thing. all she said is the we will give feed back to improve the website to include the closets separately. Not trust worthy is my feeling as I felt they purposefully leave out the so the tech when he comes can bargain and we are forced to accept it. 3) There is a lot of dust left in the corner of the doors. see attached pics. the tech mentioned it cannot be cleaned as its due to the Air conditioning. I need to order them for Air duct cleaning to fix it. Not sure if he is fooling me or its true. I vaccumed after he left and it looks are good 4) After steam cleaning, in the past, they always raked after steam cleaning to make it look nice and have the carpert threads stand up nicely other wise it will look patch. see picture. The tech told me that they don't do raking. It will settle itself. again not sure if I got fooled. Not sure if my expectations are unrealistic but personally I am totally dissatisfied and will never use Stanley in future."

"I would highly recommend the grout cleaning service from Stanley Steemer. My floors look like new! I have always just used them for carpet cleaning but they are soooo much more. Shout out to Jeffrey and Bradley! They were awesome and so patient with all of my questions! I hope I can get them again next year as well!"
