"This florist prepared my wedding bouquet, one bridesmaid bouquet and a half dozen boutonnieres on just three months notice. Communication was prompt and polite. The price was fair, and the finished product was gorgeous! My wedding photos wouldn't be the same without my gorgeous bouquet from Lamps Flower Shop. "My mother in-law passed away last week. We received the most pitiful wilted flowers from lamps. When we called to tell them about the flowers they told us that they were fresh that morning but somehow by 11 am when we got to the funeral home they were wilted. Never said that they were sorry or tried to apologize. I don't feel like they care about the customer and don't deserve 1 star .I think they should just go out of business and save future victims from the frustration of putting up with the dismissiveness of the idiot on the phone."

"The flowers I ordered from here the first time were beautiful. My second experience was okay. The flowers were beautiful but they forgot the chocolates I purchased with the flowers. I called asking about them and whoever answered wasn’t the friendliest. They said they were gonna take the chocolates but they never made it. Considering they were $25 for a “medium”box just to find out they only have one size. It’s disappointing and a waste of money when they don’t deliver something you paid for..."
