"They installed our pool about 3 years ago. We run it year-round. The pool equipment is outside in the elements. Sonco has repaired a few issues with the equipment recently. Michelle has been very helpful. Chemicals are reasonably priced."

"I was a customer service consultant prior to retirement. Therefore, I might review things from a different perspective? Recently we bought a Hotsprings Grandee. Sales staff (Vince, Doug & Alejandro) were very knowledgeable, helpful, straight forward, honest & patient. The delivery men did well but installed the cover backwards which necessitated a follow up & replacement parts. The final set up tech (William Norup) was the best piece. He is extremely customer driven, a good communicator, exceeds expectation and truly cares. He's a great ambassador for Sonco. Overall, it's been a positive experience to date and I would recommend Sonco to others. Time will tell, but I'm confident. The only area that I see needs improvement is the internal communications between sales, the service office and the techs. Messages just don't seem to be delivered and subsequently acted on."
