"They didn't install the large downspouts on the garage like I asked for, which they quoted. They also had a large black burn mark on the white gutter (from the forming machine) right above the front door. It looks horrible. Had another small, 1 story porch job on the same house a year later and they declined it. They didn't respond quickly to calls. They did do a decent job on the gutters."
