"The changer will eat (and rip) your money about half the time. Finding a working washing machine is ALWAYS a gamble. This was the third trip in a row where a machine ate my quarters, wasting my money and forcing me to move loads and pay AGAIN. Today, 2 machines ate my money without turning on at any point. Don't worry, though, they make sure to NEVER label broken machines, so it can always be a surprise for you. On top of the fact that the services I pay this business to preform ARE NOT FULFILLED, WITHOUT ANY POSSIBLE CHANCE OF A REFUND, this laundromat is peppered with bullet holes and a vandalized vending machine. Frequently, despite the cameras on the premise, people use the bathroom to use drugs. This is literally the worst laundromat in town. It isn't clean, most machines are not working WITHOUT ANY WARNINGS OR LABELS TO LET YOU KNOW, and it isn't safe. But the absolute worst is the total lack of a maintaince or customer service number to call. You can't call to let them know something is broken and YOU WILL NEVER GET A REFUND. This place has literally stolen around $30 from me this summer alone. Seriously, never ever ever come here."
