"I ordered my flower way early so I'd get a nice fresh corsage. My husband picked them up and brought them straight home. When I removed them from the box the babies breaths are already turning brown.I have not bought from these new owners before but expected fresh flowers like I'd always got from the past owners. I tried to talk to them about it and they wanted me to drive back to show them the flowers, they don't check quality just love the quantity of Homecoming corsages at $37 a pop. Prepaid, owner hung up. I called back and got a different girl who was just as rude as the first. She first offered a refund then changed it to dropping them off on my porch since Homecoming game is tonight. The chance of having anything on my porch is slim to none. So best she could do was drop them at the gas station that will be closed before Homecoming game is over and they can leave anything and blame it on the gas station. Rude just rude as can be. Owner and employee have no customer service training at all. I will go elsewhere for my flowers from now on. Never been treated so rudely by a florist in the years I've been putting kids through school. The monopoly ends. Close doesn't mean best quality at all now that there are new owners. Looking at reviews and see only summer and old reviews. Guess fall corsages aren't their thing. You can see how rude they were to me by reading their response. I didn't want to drive back to Maquoketa. I should have gotten good flowers the first time . I found most mothers go elsewhere when we gathered before the dance.I will too from here on out."
