"Unfortunately since the city determines who picks up trash, we don't have a choice but if I did I would NOT choose to do business with this company. They sent NO notice of garbage pickup being changed to a different day, and of course my entire block forgot to put out the cans. I called and asked if they could send them back to pick up, they refused. Said they could send someone out next week but we would be charged extra. They come next week to pick up anyways. And of course they won't take the charge for today off for not picking up. They are a scam, unprofessional not to mention they never fully empty the cans anyways and leave them lying in the middle of the street instead of at the curb on the lawn where the cans were left by us."

"The absolute worst sanitation company in the area. Took 3 calls to get a dumpster then was delivered to wrong location. The driver then drove over our curb into the yard and damaged the yard and grass. When advised management was told it happens. Then was weeks before would unload dumpster as they didnt like how dumpster was stacked."
