"AMAZING!!!! My puppy came out looking and smelling wonderful. This is the softest he’s ever been (Don’t get me wrong he’s always fluffy and soft but he came out feeling like a cloud) ! Beth is very meticulous with her work but is also very prompt. Beth and her team understands the importance around time efficiency, while balancing work quality. My puppy came in for a groom and was out the door within 2.5 hours, I was impressed. Other places would have taken 4 hours or more, and he wouldn’t have looked or smelled as good as he does leaving yuppy puppy. Beth goes the extra mile to ensure our puppy is safe and enjoying his time at yuppy puppy. Beth was honest and provided me great feedback as to what worked for my puppy and what didn’t. She also answered any questions I may have as a new pet parent. I truly appreciate the time she puts into getting to know her clients (the pup) and the pup’s “pawrents” (parents). As a pet parent, these details matter to me, this allows me to go home and work further on my puppy training. Not to mention they gave him a cute bandana when he left.
