"I paid for services and they have disappointed me both times. The first time they came in and broke my shower towel rack and did not inform me and got mad and was throwing things around when I told them that the living room and kitchen was included. They left when I went to sleep and did not clean the kitchen. I spoke with one of the owners who then went on to tell me that they were not responsible for the towel rack and it was in the contract that I did not get a copy of. After a week goes by, she sends another crew in which I tipped for them coming out to clean my kitchen. I work nights at the hospital, so I have to sleep. They tore my microwave up and did not tell me upon leaving, and when they noticed they tore it up they left without cleaning my oven. I will be pursuing damages in small claims court. I have never seen anything like this where a company feels like they're not responsible or their workers. I would never use them again or recommend them. I will be taking legal actions though."

I did not have to ask them to go over any task, everything was done right the first time. I was also impressed with their willingness to get on hands and knees and counter tops! I just booked again for an after the holidays cleaning. Good job ladies!"
