"Normally I have no problem with Michael's, the prices are good and the selection is excellent. However, during our recent visit I asked for the use of a mobility aid chair (essentially a small wheelchair with a shopping basket on it) for my partner who is undergoing chemo. We've used it in the past, but the employee told us that they no longer have one and she didn't know when they got rid of it. Between customers with disabilities and the elderly or infirm, surely a large crafting demographic, this seems like an issue that needs to be addressed."

"I realize that it's December and that the store is packed. I stopped in to pick up supplies for my graduation cap for this month. My brother died yesterday and I thought I would still be OK to go in. After being in the store and picking out my supplies I realized I wasn't ok and needed to get out before I started crying. My heart isn't in graduating. I asked a worker standing at an exit if I could exit the store through that door. Even though I didn't purchase anything. I simply said I don't want to wait so I'm just going to go. He told me it's Christmas time is there a store you've been to that hasn't had a line I'd like to know? This visit I found wooden boxes for half price and the silk flowers 70% off.. I needed something on a budget for DIY snack gift boxes for some college girls. Sending them off to college with some snacks. Dressed up the wooden boxes with the silk flowers."
