So this Michael's is always great; things are easy to find, store has great coupons and availability, etc. However, my experience was taken to a whole other level with my cashier, Jose. He noticed my baby was sleeping in her stroller and didnt skip a beat. He kept everything at the cash register quick and quiet, without me even asking. He was attentive and friendly. It was AWESOME!
