"Pat doesn’t know what she is doing. She had our taxes for 1 year before she was fired (2018) and now I have to pay someone about 12k to fix everything from the 1 year she did our company taxes and filed completely wrong. I wouldn’t use her AGAIN. She is very slow at her job and doesn’t hit deadlines either. The 1 year of her doing our company taxes she had to fix stuff about 13 times. Because her office kept loosing paper work for the taxes."
"If you are looking for a knowledgeable, hardworking, and attentive auditor for your income tax return or any other tax related issues, then this is the right place for you. I highly recommend P. K. and service to anyone. I have been coming to this place since 2017 for my income tar return or any other tax related issues, and Mr. Khadka has been providing me a great service. He is always available to provide me with guidance. I can easily rely on him because I know how he works. Thank you so much for your all kind of help."

"Let me tell you about what a terrible mistake I made in using PK Tax Service. Last year I came here to get my taxes done. Just a fairly simple corporate return and a personal return. The taxes were done correctly and everything was fine until we get to the bill. My bill was a little over $1200. That's easily 3 or 4 times what I was used to paying for the same work at other places. I ask why my bill is so high, Pat tells me they charged me 5 or 6 hundred to put my expense data into spreadsheets. I understand that if I had done that work myself I would have saved the money, and I'm not mad about that at all. It's what happened six months later that I'm upset about. Six months after I wrote Pat K. A big, fat check for all the work she had done, I get an invoice billed to my corporation from PK Tax. That's weird, seeing as I hadn't asked them to do any work for me since then. I figure it must be a mistake and ignore it. A few months later I get an email from Pat, threatening to CALL COLLECTIONS on me if I didn't pay the invoice. So I try to get in touch with her. I leave voicemail after voicemail, until she finally leaves me a voicemail. She tells me that the reason I'm being charged for "the actual accounting work" "A few hours of moving your actual account data into spreadsheets" Like really what was that 5 or 6 hundred extra dollars I paid you when we settled our bill in person 6 months ago? She said that her "auto-billing system" broke up the payment it should have charged me. Like really? Your auto-billing made a a mistake? I'm supposed to believe the ACCOUNTING FIRM made an ACCOUNTING MISTAKE? and I still have to pay for it?! In Is that really the best excuse they can make? In what world is this a reality? I paid for all services when I gave her the check and asked if that was for everything I owed her and she said yes! Transaction concluded! There should be no surprise invoice 6 months later. So take my advice, get your taxes done somewhere else! You don't want to deal with this headache."
