"Horrendous. There is no AC, selection is dated and limited, lighting is basically the sun, and apparently the owner locks the front door with a key as customers enter (unbeknownst to me). As I turned to leave, she used her key to 'let me out'. What a creep show. How far this favorite of Houston has fallen. In other news, my new favorite bead shop is Gem+Bead Gallery on Times in Rice Village - family owned, owner Tommy is very kind, and I am pretty sure they adhere to fire/safety codes. Also they run regular discounts. Win win win win."
