Orland Park Boarding Kennel

"Took my dog here for vacation recently and I was already nervous because my dog is dog aggressive and this was a new place for us both and she has a lot of allergies and things like that so when I came back to pick her up the first thing is when I was waiting for the guy at the desk and I could hear him in the back screaming at the dogs and what sounded like him smacking/kicking the cages. Then when he finally came up he kept complaining about how my dog wouldn’t stop barking and lunging at the cages when dogs passed by (even though we told him on the phone multiple times and when we dropped her off, that she was dog aggressive) then when he gave me my dog she was extremely red in her ears, eyes and body, to which she only reacts like that when she has had food she’s allergic to. Which we provided our own food so she wouldn’t be reacting like this. Then she had either sweat/drool going down her neck and I had to find water in my car to give her to drink and when she got some she acted like she didn’t drink water in days. Even when we got home I had to give her multiple refills on water bc she was so thirsty/dehydrated. And after I brought her home she started acting weird and now keeps pooping literal diarrhea everywhere and uncontrollably vomiting, will eat very little and is restless. I’m having to make an emergency vet trip bc of this. I’m highly disappointed and will NOT be bringing my dog back."
