"My mother boarded her two older dogs at this business, a yorkie and a Maltese, for her six-week vacation in Florida. Not sure why their experience was not the same as those above, but somehow her dogs were fed double the daily amount of food. Not only can her one dog barely walk because she’s overeaten so much, but they had the nerve to charge my parents for two extra bags of dog food, when more than enough was provided when the dogs were originally dropped off. Absolutely unacceptable for a pet hotel, do not recommend!"

"Wonderful staff and facilities! We are so glad we found Pawmer House to take care of our boys during our stay in the Chicago area. We travelled from Arizona to attend a family reunion and spend some time in the city, and were so glad that Pawmer could accommodate us! Staff were helpful and very responsive when I called to check availability and walked me through what they needed for their stay. Facilities are lovely and the dogs thoroughly enjoyed the large grassy dog run. Highly recommend Pawmer!!"

"Our pups Cosmo & Millie have stayed multiple times, as soon as we pull in they know where they are and get excited! They run right in. The indoor kennel sizes are great and each have a window. The staff is friendly and it’s so nice to see the same staff is there that have spent time with our dogs previously. Hi Connie! :) We get pictures sent to us while we’re out too, which is always nice! I recommend this facility whenever I get the chance. Thanks Pawmer House!"
