"Within a span of 3 days, I had to put down both of my senior dogs. The staff was super comforting and the options for memory keepsakes for my deceased pups was nice. Will definitely be bringing the next pup I adopt here for vet visits. The process they have for pet parents with dying pets is pretty much as good as it can be. Their kindness helped the pain be less. Thank you to everyone on the staff that was there Thursday 2/15 and the Saturday right after."

"How Dare You Call Yourself a HOSPITAL?! I brought my perfectly fine senior dog( dog that has been since puppy with banfield) to comprehensive test. When i picked her up in the afternoon they just handed her to me wrap in a blanked and said she might feel sleepy. They administered 3 or 4 vaccines,gave her benadril but knew very well she had previour vaccine reactions. My dog did not move at all for the next 4 hrs. I was calling them nonstop,trying to get a vet on their so called app chat and Nothing. At little before 6 i picked her up and drop her at my lawn so she can pee and she passed out. I picked her up put her in the car and she passed out again. I drove like crazy to banfield,burst in crying and holding my baby unresponsive in my hands and the lady from the reception greated my and told my i have to take her somewhere else. They cannot do anything to her! Are you for real! You did this to my sweet baby and then sorry,take her somewhere else to die?I rushed her to Golf Rose emergency,they got her straight from the door and rightaway in. They said vaccine cause severe alergic reaction that got her heart and dropped her blood pressure. I am happy to say she is still with us and home now but not thanks to Banfield. Tommorow i will call and cancel my plan with them"

"My Cocker Spaniel (Miss Peaches) had a large mass on her ear that put her perpetually in a cone. I got the opinion of 2 other vets and in both cases I was told that the mass was likely cancerous and the entire ear would have to go. I thankfully got a 3rd opinion from Dr. Rosanova, who owns cockers herself, and she was willing to operate on the ear (as well as other masses). We sent the mass off for testing and it wasn't even cancerous. Dr. Rosanova saved us thousands of dollars, Miss Peaches got to keep her ear, and best of all, my dog is so so happy. Before seeing this doc, I was slowly coming to terms with the likely possibility that Miss Peaches was riddled with cancer (as I was told) and did not have much longer on this Earth but Dr. Rosanova completely changed that. She's like a puppy again. I will not be going to another Banfield now. This is the team to care for my pets. A sincere thank you to the doc and team of techs and front desk folks, all of which were truly caring and gave top notch care. They really care about the furry patients that come there. It's very refreshing to see in the age of apathy."

"Love banfield pet hospital the doctor and nurse were super nice . Got my Bengal male cat neutered and they took the time to explain medications ect . Their price of everything was lower then most other vets that I checked in too"

"Dr Rosanova at the hoffman estates location off roselle/golf has been my vet for about two years now. She has performed major tooth surgery to extract all the teeth of my one cat who recovered without any major complications. She has helped me with dieting needs for my obese, food motivated cat. she is now overseeing the well-being of my new addition to the family. Dr. Rosanova communicates in a way that helps me better understand what my cats need. She is reassuring and she takes her time. I absolutely love this doctor and trust no one else to take care of my animals."
