"I had the best possible experience at the Diamond Factory. After shopping a couple trendy places and leaving very dissatisfied I found the Diamond Factory on Google. I called and spoke to Riley who was super informative and helpful and set up a time to view and compare sapphires and diamonds for an engagement ring. She was so extremely patient with my indecisiveness and brought in several different stones from their trusted vendors for me to look at and make a final decision after 3 or 4 visits to the store. I got the tone and setting I wanted and after proposing my fiancé in Norway we wanted to make some changes to the ring. We went to the store together and once again Riley and Barry catered to our every need and were more than willing to work with us to create the dream ring my fiancé wanted. They were able to make a custom setting for us and change the center stone and get it made within a couple short weeks. My fiancé and I were both blown away by the level of customer service and willingness by both Riley and Barry to make us happy. To be honest you just don’t see this level of care in customer service anymore. Look no further, just go to the Diamond Factory."
