"I like Michael's, but it seems like their competitors have way more selection in the items I'm looking for. I had some trouble with homecoming decor and a Christmas craft. They had about 90% of what I needed, but then I had to go elsewhere for the last 2 things. It's still the first place I look for crafts, other than sewing, but I wish it was the only place. Their classes are awesome. The associates are always super nice and helpful. The store is always clean and bright."

"This Michael's is similar to most. The shelves are amazingly full and organized. The staff is extremely helpful and surprisingly know where everything is in the store. I don't know if this is good or bad, but the price on the shelf is generally not the price you pay because it seems that most things are on sale. But the good news is the cash register seems to be smart enough to know the sale prices. But I suggest you compare the shelf prices to what they have on the internet. The store is in a large shopping center with plenty of parking."

"Ran into Michael’s after work to order a custom frame. The girl said I had to hurry up because she was scheduled to be off in 10 minutes at 6:00. I picked out what I wanted by five minutes till six she wrote everything down and told me I had to come back another day to place the order because if she goes over her scheduled time, she’ll get in trouble. What the heck! The store is scheduled to be open until 9 o’clock. Shouldn’t they have that department covered for the last three hours of the day when people are off of work? And an employee should not be afraid to go over her scheduled time if she is in the middle of helping a paying customer."
