"The service provided was great for months. I have no complaints about the cleaners themselves, however the management started charging my card before any service was provided. I was charged for 2 cleanings that never took place. They tried to make it right but were short handed and were eventually able to send someone out to make up for one of the payments they charged for but never provided services. They still owe me 1 cleaning and are no longer answering the phone or returning calls. I don't know what happened, but it seems like my number has been blocked or the phone has been turned off. It rings once then hangs up, no voice mail, nothing. However, if I call from another phone it rings, I leave a voicemail, and do not get a return call. All of this over $175 dollars. I have been trying to get a hold of them for 3 weeks now and I got nothing. I'm not sure what happened to them, but I would be weary of using them going forward if they are still in business."
