"would 100% NOT recommend this cleaning service, they are extremely unprofessional, the owner of the company has her mother working under her and since its her mother she thinks she can act how she wants and get away with it. Her mother puts her hands on other co-workers in clients homes and also loves to raise her voice and yell at the younger kids that work with ATX Maid. The owner does not pay the staff there true amount of money, the tips you give your cleaners never get them because the owner keeps it for herself for example a co-worker and the owner were cleaning a home together and afterwards the owner was talking to the client of the home and the client tipped us both but the owner decided to keep it all for herself so please tip your cleaners individually with this company, they will not receive a payment you passed along. Kimberly needs to clean up her act as the owner of this company because she’s losing her best people because she’s allowing her mother to control her staff. So if you’re just trying to get your house cleaned do not pick this cleaning service, there are hundreds more that won’t start personal drama in your own living room or bedroom. Kim treats her staff like TRASH! do not give her your money"

"I wanted to share my experience after contacting the business owner but not getting my complaint resolved. TL;DR - they didn’t do a thorough job, destroyed the inside of my oven, and tried to overcharge me when one cleaner was 1.5 hrs late I booked a deep clean service for move out of a furnished home. The clean was supposed to take two people ~4 hrs at $80 per hour. On the day, only one woman showed up, and the other was a no show. The woman was very nice, but she seemed more interested in chatting with me and seeing what free stuff she could take from my house than doing the cleaning I was paying for. I contacted the business owner about the no-show (since the one woman clearly couldn’t finish the whole house in time alone), and after 1.5 hours another woman showed up. When they finished, I did a walk through to point out areas that needed more attention. They had not properly swept/vacuumed the floors, not dusted the baseboards, and not wiped down the cabinets/counters. All of these things are listed as included in the service on the ATX maid website. The woman then tried to rectify the areas I had pointed out, but did so in a rush. I was focused on preparing for another appointment, and did not recheck their work, which was my mistake. As they were leaving, one of the women gave me a hug, which I found highly unprofessional and unwelcome. As she left she mentioned something strange, “I tried my best on the oven.” We do not use the oven much, so I was surprised that it would have been hard to clean but didn’t think much of it. Later in the day when I had a bit more time, I rechecked the house and noticed that the women had not fixed the areas I had pointed out on my walkthrough, had completely skipped the utility room and dusting most of the furniture, and the woman who had cleaned out my oven had left an absolute mess of cleaning products, burnt foil, and scratch marks all inside the oven. I told Kimberly that I was very dissatisfied with the floors, baseboards, and oven and sent images of the issues. She offered me a $40 discount. The real kicker is that when Kimberly sent my charge, she tried to charge me for two people working the entire time, even after one woman arrived 1.5 hrs late. The $40 discount didn’t even reduce the price to the fair charge of $40/person/hour. Ultimately I paid $320 and I still have to dust, sweep, and vacuum areas myself. For all of these reasons, I cannot recommend this business."
