"Usually great service. Just recently though I took in x2 cocktail dresses and other clothes but somehow one of the dresses didn’t get o to the claim ticket. Im not sure why it wasn’t on ticket but it never returned and since not on ticket there is no way to track it. They have looked for it but nothing found in unclaimed. Be sure everything is counted on your claim ticket."

"A neighbor told me about their alteration services so I took my bridesmaids dress in for alterations. The bottom of the dress was too long. They have a room where you can try on your clothing so they can measure how much fabric to remove. I also noticed a small stain on the dress and asked them to remove that and press the dress. They put a rush on everything since the wedding was happening in 2 1/2 weeks. I picked up the dress a week later but noticed the stain was still there. The person who checked me in had forgotten to put stain removal on my tag. They said they’d take care of it at no cost and my dress was ready in only 2 days. The stain was gone, the dress looked perfect, and they did a great job on the hem. I’d definitely recommend them and will use their services again."

"Just unbelievable, I gave 12 items to clean 3 of it came the same way I gave it! “CLEANERS” is not the word they should use. STEAMERS and IRONERS perhaps. Payed $157 dollars and literally started to remove carefully stains myself. And guess what? They easily was removed. Will never come back, very disappointed."
