"ServPro Saved The Day!! I called Robbie at ServPro immediately after our house got flooded from a burst pipe under the sink. He dispatched a crew and they came out right away and took care of everything. "My wife and I recently came home to our water heather leaking badly and from the looks of it, it had been going for at least an hour with about an inch of water in the house. The water heater is in the closet behind the laundry room, but the water managed to get past our master bedroom and into one of the closets as well as the hallway closet beside the laundry room. Thankfully, our floor is concrete so we only had to worry about the walls, baseboards, and carpet in the closets. Dean and Robbie came the day we asked our home warranty for help and they were very professional and pleasant to work with. They assured us we did the right thing by asking them to help when we did and given the looks of it, they were 100% correct. There was no way we were ever going to dry and dehumidify the walls ourselves and since we caught it early, we only needed their equipment in our house for a few days. We were in the process of working with a plumber to replace our water heater and even though we shut the water off to it, it was still leaking a bit when the water to the house was on. Dean said that because of that leak, if we needed them for anything to let them know. After replacing it, Dean and Robbie were happy to return and get the last bit of the stand and surrounding walls of the water heater dried up without worrying about mold anywhere.
