"I’ve been going there for almost a year now. I never had an issue. I get my comforters cleaned every other week. Last week when I received my comforter, it felt different. Kind of crispy and hard. So today when I went to take my stuff there, I wanted to bring it to Cleansmart’s attention. When I was talking to Bobby, she was so rude and has zero customer service attributes. ZERO. Once again I don’t want anything but reassurance. She was rude to the point, I grabbed my stuff and left. Bobby is going to make Cleansmart go out of business."

"We took our couch cushion covers here and they were shrunk dramatically they had clearly been just thrown in the washer and dryer, it was very clear by how many loose threads and frayed the insides of the cushions were that they were definitely not dry cleaned. They requested a chance to rectify the situation by steaming and stretching them back out and they were returned to us again not only still shrunken, but also with rips in multiple cushion covers. I have been holding off on writing a bad review bc I think every business makes mistakes and if they were willing to work with us to find a resolution instead of completely ghosting us I'd gladly revise this review. This is a very expensive west elm sectional I was abundantly clear when I dropped it off that it had to be carefully dry cleaned when I dropped it off (material is dry clean safe.) We've been trying for weeks to get ahold of the manager calling and contacting them in writing on their website even visiting the store in person to try to speak to a manager and every single time we've been told the manager isn't in. I'm at a loss of what to do and if we don't hear back from them soon we will have no choice but to pursue legal action. I included some photos for reference, most of the cushions cannot even be attempted to put on they're so shrunken down."

"We have used this cleaners for over 5 years. I had 5 of my dress shirts that this cleaners returned to me with large brown stains all over the front of the shirts. All consistanly on the front of the shirts in the same place. It appears that they have been scorched when being pressed. The Manager John will do nothing to assist with the replacement of the shirts. He stated that my dress shirts were worn and not worth replacing? These are high quality shirts that I wear daily for work. The manger John would not even give me any type of credit? Where has customer service gone? Do not take a chance on your clothes being ruined as they do not stand behind their service."
