K & T Dry Clean Supercenter

"Extremely rude customer service- namely- the bearded man. Been a loyal customer for many years and the alterations lady is good and usually nice but that man gets rude sometimes and today, he went way too far and started screaming because I was in the drive thru and told him as I handed him my pick- up ticket, that I had clothes in the back so he wouldn’t gripe at me for being in the drive thru and I was going to get the clothes out while he got my clothes as I was trying to get off of an important work call, but Mr. Crazy Pants must’ve skipped his meds and he started screaming at me like a total psycho. I tried to explain but he went on with his fit and my colleague heard how he screamed at me like this and was absolutely speechless. I have put up with his rudeness during Covid when he didn’t allow you to get out of car to now… yelling because I didn’t get out fast enough, but today, his crazy went to new heights. I will never do business at this establishment again and this man should not be working with the public. Unreal."

"I've been going to this dry cleaners for 5+ years ive had great experiences every time! I also understand that this is dry cleaning and not magic, sometimes you can't get out the stains and I understand. On another note the owner and staff have always been very nice and understanding with me. My father has also been going there for 10+ years and has nothing but great things to say! Absolutely love this place and will continue to give them my business for years to come."

"Rude & possible racists. Like most old retired military veterans, when I find a business that I like, I will go forever. My family & I have been going to K & T Dry Cleaners for over 11 years. Today the older gentleman there was very loud & rude to me, possibly racially motivated. When I walked in with the 1st of two huge bags of laundry, I notice a customer "standing back, away" from the counter where the older gentleman was standing. Both were looking towards the door as if they were looking outside. There wasn't anything on the counter so I walked around the gentleman and placed the bag on the floor & a few items that had fell out of the bag onto the empty counter. I assumed the customer had dropped off & that he & the older guy were just chatting. As I did, the older gentleman said, "put your things over there. You are skipping this gentleman." I looked back, apologized to the customer & jokingly said, "man I thought he was waiting on an Uber." I moved my laundry and went back to my car for the second bag. When I returned, the customer explained that they were talking about a theft next door. I replied, "oh, that's terrible, but he didn't have to be rude." When the old guy returned I was a agitated so I asked, "is it my turn now?" At that point he got real loud, said I skipped the other customer." I tried to explain that when I walked in, they were just talking, the customer was standing away from the counter and that I made a mistake. He wouldn't listen & continued to talk over me. So I asked did he even want my business & he said no, so I left. Afterwards I called my wife to tell her the story and to make sure I wasn't out of line (because she will definitely let me know). She explained that he has been short with her on occasion & that she continued to go there because she knows I really don't like change. As I think back I thought of a few facts. (1) K & T is pre-pay so the customer was not using the counter to pay. (2) nothing was on the counter so he was not dropping off. (3) when the old gentleman returned with the customer's items, he hung them on the rack. So, the counter wasn't being used. (4) The customer probably stepped back from the counter because he saw me struggling with my large bag of laundry. He has never really been nice, but what seemed to be professional. His behavior was unprofessional & out of line. If you're someone who thinks he's been rude or acted a certain way, you're probably right! *********************************************************** Hours later, my wife followed up with a phone call. She said he was still agitated, would not allow her to speak and kept repeating that he will not be intimidated in his place of business. My wife asked, "what did my husband do to intimidate you? Was he yelling like you are right now?" She says he responded that he was not yelling & that he was trying to explain his side of the story. As I stated before, I have patronized his business several times in the past 11 years. Normally, I am on my way home from work so I'm dressed in a polo shirt & slacks or my military uniform (JROTC Instructor). Today I was in my workout clothes. Tall, big black guy...unfortunately, some people assume the worst of me without even knowing me. I'm used to it."

"Horrible service. When I picked up my clothes there I didn’t double check they were well cleaned. A few months later when I decided to wear one of those shirts I saw a stain on it. I went back there with the tag still on it but they wanted to charge me again for something they didn’t do well the first time. I had to go to another cleaner."
